Robot Carnival (1987) is a fusion of 9 short stories by some of Japans' famous animators including Katsuhiro Otomo, Kouji Morimoto, Yasuomi Umetsu (Akira, KITE, Mezzo Forte), Takashi Nakamura (Akira Animation Dir), Hidetoshi Omori (Guyver) and Hiroyuki Kitakubo (Black Magic M-66). The stories are all inspired by the theme of Robots and it is of particular interest to me because of the links with Akira creators ;)
