Tetsuo feels the pain (1) 

This is where Tetsuo's arm begins to mutate at the Stadium. Sitting on
his 'throne' his arm explodes into a tendril of mechanicl veins which run
into the concrete arm of the chair.The right-arm is separate since that
movement is  at a different rate to his body.
Little shading detail is used as the arm is the main focus of the sequence.
