Kaneda's powerbike is a very desirable machine and features a lot in the promotion
of the movie; I guess it's one of the things viewers remember most about the film.

Both of these posters are among my favourite because I like the colouring and subject.
The composition is particularly eye-catching.
The first poster is an original Japanese one, the second is a rare western release.
I own a very similar one to the Japanese design but it was released in the UK from
Manga Entertainment. It has the yellow/orange writing 'AKIRA' across the top like the
'Original Japanese Soundtrack' CD.
